Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aamlaa (aamlaa.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or a notice on the platform.

Aamlaa is an AI-powered code generation platform that allows users to describe applications in natural language and receive generated source code, live previews, and deployment capabilities. The platform supports 21 AI models including Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, DeepSeek, Llama, and others.

Aamlaa operates as a platform layer. AI inference is performed by third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Meta, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness of AI-generated code for any particular purpose.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Impersonating another person or entity, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

You may not share your account credentials with others. Each subscription is for a single user unless an Enterprise agreement is in place.

Aamlaa offers 10 free code generations to unregistered and registered users without a paid subscription. These generations are non-transferable, non-stackable, and reset at our discretion.

Free tier users may generate web application code, use the Sandpack live preview, and export projects as ZIP files. Access to all 21 AI models, Agent Mode, Smart Mode, mobile and full-stack generation, version history, and the Marketplace requires a BYOK subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

The BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) plan is priced at $9 USD per month or $79 USD per year (billed annually). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscribers must provide their own API keys for AI providers. Aamlaa does not include AI inference credits. Your API keys are stored exclusively in your browser — we never receive, store, or transmit your keys through our servers.

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via Settings > Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

The annual plan ($79/year) is non-refundable after 14 days from the initial purchase, except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to use Aamlaa to: generate malicious code, malware, spyware, or tools designed to harm others; create content that violates applicable law; infringe intellectual property rights; generate spam, phishing content, or fraudulent material; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our platform's proprietary systems; or circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or authentication systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice. Repeated violations or egregious misuse may result in permanent bans and referral to relevant authorities.

You retain full ownership of all code and content you generate using Aamlaa. We claim no intellectual property rights over your output.

The Aamlaa platform, brand, logo, design, and codebase are owned by Aamlaa and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself without written permission.

Templates published to the Aamlaa Marketplace are licensed by their creators under terms they specify. By publishing a template, you grant Aamlaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote it within the platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED CODE MAY CONTAIN BUGS, SECURITY VULNERABILITIES, OR INACCURACIES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND TESTING ALL GENERATED CODE BEFORE DEPLOYING IT TO PRODUCTION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AAMLAA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by this clause.
